Understanding the 573-page CMMI® model appears not only a daunting task, but confuses even the experienced professional with the interdependencies in the model structure.
This one day offering provides a clear perspective of the framework and help the participants to understand the nuances prevalent in the model. The lucid explanation of the Process Areas helps to garner a real-life perspective to understanding the internals of the model components.
Workshop format
The workshop would be faculty led lectures with active participation from participants while trying to tie the model components to real-life problems faced during project execution. There would be exercises at appropriate points in time to better comprehend the model concepts and to gain a holistic view towards model interpretation in the real world.
