Mr Saswata Dutta
A Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering (M Tech with First Class Honors, Gold Medallist) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from NIT Durgapur (B. Tech with First Class (Honors), First position), Mr Saswata Dutta has the following authorizations from Software Engineering Institute (SEI):

- SEI Authorized SCAMPISM B & C Team Leader
- SEI Authorized Observer for Candidate B & C Team Leader
Saswata has an overall experience of over eighteen years in the software industry and in Industrial maintenance. Saswata spent more than six years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India and was formerly with Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and QAI India Limited. Saswata has vast experience in development of software systems (involving different life-cycle and development methodologies), and in project management.
He has been the Principal Consultant and/or Lead Appraiser for CMMI® and Software CMM® Implementation for many of TCS’ and QAI’s clients. Some Prestigious clients include Accenture, Singapore Technologies, Datamatics Technologies Limited, Research Engineers, Canon India, Robert Bosch, FSLL, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, John Keels Computer Systems to name a few. He has a number of international formal CMM assessments and CMMI appraisals to his credit including some in India, Hongkong, Malaysia, South Africa, China and Philippines.
He has conducted several workshops on CMMI® Overview, Software Quality Management, Peer Reviews, Software Project Management, etc for many clients.
Other than the SEI authorized certifications, he is also a member of IEEE for last 16 years, a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:1994 and 2000, an Internal Assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model (in line with MBNQA).
Saswata has authored more than ten papers/publications in National and International conferences. He has given pre-conference tutorials in India and international seminars. He has been invited to speak at executive conference for CEOs, at Senior Executives meet (at IIM Kolkata), as guest presenter in many forums like SPIN (Software Process Improvement Network), Management house and industry meets.
Mr Saurabh Ghosh
Mr. Saurabh Ghosh has more than eleven years of experience in different areas of software projects including Project Management, Systems Analysis and Programming, Software Testing, Functional Consultancy of ERP Implementation. He possesses the coveted Global Certification of ISTQB / ISEB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) in Software Testing securing 100% marks. His professional qualifications include DoE ‘A’ Level (Advanced PGDCA), DoE ‘B’ Level (B.Tech / MCA) (undergoing) and Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (GDCA).
He has extensively worked on various technologies including FoxPro, VB6, VB.NET, Quick Test Professional (QTP), Rational Rose, MS Visio, MS Project, SAP Business One, COM, and Seagate Crystal Reports

Saswati Dasgupta, a graduate in Computer Science and Physics (Hons) from Calcutta University, has more than fifteen years of overall experience in project execution, process engineering and quality Assurance, quality management in information technology domain.
She has worked extensively in different geographies including India, US, Europe with expertise in Software Life Cycle (SDLC) and as part of quality function of premier organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PWC), Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS). She has worked in the capacity of internal quality coordinator as well as a quality consultant for client organizations.
Saswati is Certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor by Worldwide Quality Management Network Ltd., London
She has extensive involvement in implementing international Quality Models (ISO, SEI-CMMI), including activities such as –
- Creating Quality Manuals
- Deploying industrial best practices and managing operational areas like QA

T R Das, a Post Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Air Force Technical College (Bangalore), an alumnus of IT BHU (Electrical Engineering) of 1965 batch and a corporate member of the Institute of Engineers (India), formerly member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, a Chartered Engineer, has an outstanding track record of more than forty (40) years. During his career, T R Das has been associated with many renowned multinational organizations like English Electric Co., Bonar Long Ltd. (UK), Siemens Ltd., Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). He has also been a successful entrepreneur in the field of electrical power system equipment and has offered consultancy to reputed organizations like Indian Oxygen Limited (IOL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and Indian Rayon Corporation.
His areas of specialization include Design engineering, Planning including Coordination and Project Management of development and manufacturing various engineering products and services.
T R Das has vast experience in operations and maintenance of air defense radar, missile weapons, ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) and ECCM (Electronic Counter Counter Measures). He carries the distinction of being a commissioned officer in the Indian Air Force under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, after having completed post-graduate qualification from Air Force Technical College.
